Nourishment is in itself a fascinating artistic work. The design of an interior should not compromise its quality but enhance it. We simply create a stage on which is enacted the acceptance of the best. Natural elements and energy reverberate in the interior, are drawn in by food, and contribute to the form of its nutrients. They equally influence the thoughts and artistic creation of the chef himself. Even how food is served up with regard to the setting itself has relevance. It is a ritual which radiates beyond the space and attracts the like-minded. The more intense the radiance, the greater the contentedness and satisfaction of all concerned. We have created a focal point and symbol of this phenomenon. An elipsis of light is not simply a designer light which conceitedly attracts undivided attention to itself. Particles of light create a whirlpool which draws you in, wrenches you from reality and, in this galaxy of calm and humility, you find yourself fully submerged in a world of flavours and scents.
