We present our most interesting showcase in the area of development: economical loft flats prepared in cooperation with Masák and Partner.
This 2003 project came to fruition and received the professional jury and public's prize in the Real Estate Project of 2011 competition. This was not by chance. The building owes its popularity to the revolutionary way in which it was built, which we call reverse development, whereby the building is designed from the individual unit to the whole.
